Cabin Lodge on Lake Bowen w/ lake access

This beautiful log home is situated on 7 acres and offers access to a shared dock on Lake Bowen, making it an ideal setting for family getaways, corporate retreats, or girls' weekends. The property is conveniently located, with Asheville, NC just 55 minutes away, Greenville, SC only 30 minutes away, and the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) within a 20-25 minute drive. We do allow events for an additional fee. 

The home features an open living space with hardwood floors, a cozy fireplace, and professional decor. It includes a spacious outdoor deck equipped with a gas grill and a kitchen that can accommodate seating for 10-12 people. Guests can enjoy seasonal views of the lake and mountains. The downstairs area consists of a master king suite and two queen-size bedrooms that share a full-size bath. The upstairs is designed as a space for families or children, featuring bunk beds and twin bedrooms that share a Jack & Jill bath. The family room is large enough for everyone to gather for movies, games, or relaxing by the log fireplace.

For those interested in boating, details regarding boat rentals will be provided upon booking. The rental cost is $350 for a 4-hour period, with additional hours priced at $25 each. For consecutive day rentals, the pricing structure decreases with each additional day. Each boat can accommodate up to 11 people and is not powered for tubing, although one boat is set up for fishing. At the end of the rental, guests are responsible for the fuel used. All necessary safety equipment, including a canopy, anchor, fish finder/depth gauge, Bluetooth hookup, map, and lake rules, are provided, and the boat will be delivered to your dock.

The cabin is conveniently located just 200 steps from the shared dock, which is exclusive to the property owner and other rental guests, ensuring privacy. Guests have access to Lake Bowen for swimming, and two kayaks and paddleboards are available for use. If you require a golf cart for transporting items to the lake, arrangements can be made to include this in your package.
