Enjoy the privacy of a mountain-style getaway while staying conveniently close to Greenville, SC (30 minutes), Asheville, NC (55 minutes), and the Tryon International Equestrian Center (20–25 minutes). Events are welcome with an additional fee and must be approved by host.
Inside, the home features open-concept living, hardwood floors, a cozy log fireplace, and professionally curated décor. The fully equipped kitchen offers seating for 10–12 guests, while the spacious outdoor deck includes a gas grill and ample room to dine or relax with seasonal lake and mountain views.
The main level includes a luxurious king master suite and two queen bedrooms that share a full bath. Upstairs, a family-friendly loft features bunk beds and twin rooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, making it ideal for children or group stays. A large family room provides the perfect gathering space for movie nights, games, or relaxing by the fireplace.
Lake access is just 200 steps away at the shared dock, reserved exclusively for this property and select rental guests. Guests may swim or enjoy two kayaks and paddleboards. A golf cart can be arranged upon request to assist with transporting items to and from the lake.
Pontoon boat rentals are available at the time of booking. Rates begin at $350 for four hours, with additional hours available at $25 per hour and discounts for multi-day rentals. Boats accommodate up to 11 guests and include dock delivery, safety equipment, canopy, Bluetooth audio, fish finder, depth gauge, lake map, and rules. Fuel usage is paid separately at the end of the rental. (One pontoon is fishing-equipped; boats are not rated for tubing.)
